LLC “KZ Energetik” has successfully realized large project in the shortest time. During two months, the plant prepared and implemented the steam boiler KE-10-14 working fuel – sunflower husk, steel block economizer BVES-V, battery cyclone CB-42, atmospheric deaerator DA-10/4.
The heat power market dictates new working conditions. Due to the increase in price of traditional energy sources, enterprises of Ukraine look towards non-traditional fuels, such as pellets, wood chips, husks of cereals, and miscanthus.
LLC “KZ Energetik” developed and introduced the technology of reconstruction of typical water-tube steam boilers with the transfer to the burning of alternative fuel. This equipment is in special demand among farmers and processing enterprises. The use of boilers KE series allowed the delivery of equipment in block execution. Tight shielding made it possible to significantly reduce the dimensions of the boiler and reduce the consumption of lining materials (in comparison to the boiler series ДКВр). The increase in mechanization and automation of furnace processes has allowed to improve the conditions of maintenance and operation of boiler equipment, as well as to increase the time resource of the equipment.
