Boilers series E on alternative types of fuel

Boilers series E on alternative types of fuel
E series boiler with SAS pre-combustion chamber refers to a double-drum vertical water-tube type with natural circulation; designed to run on an alternative fuel. Designed to produce saturated steam at 0.8 and 1.3 MPa for manufacturing processes and domestic use in industrial and agricultural enterprises. Design of a boiler tube system is intended for a short-term pressure in the furnace up to 3000 Pa, and the furnace chamber draft up to 400 Pa. For burning alternative fuel, it is equipped with a pre-combustion chamber, where the fuel is supplied from a fuel hopper using an auger. The combustion occurs in the pre-combustion chamber, whereupon boiler furnace volume receives high-temperature combustion products (1000-1200°С), and their heat is used to generate steam of required parameters. Additionally provided with the cleaning system of the boiler convection part through special hatches and with the help of blowing system.
