Boiler plant “ENERGETIK” LLC is a modern Ukrainian factory that produces industrial steam boilers with a steam capacity of 0.4-25 t/h and hot-water boilers of 0.25-180 MW, packaged boiler units (TKU and BMVKU) and a wide range of auxiliary boiler equipment.
Boiler plant “ENERGETIK” LLC was established on November 15, 2000 in the town of Monastyryshche in Cherkassy region. Boiler plant “ENERGETIK” LLC is a subsidiary company that belongs to the Austrian company NET.AG. The Company first started with producing E1.0-0.9 boilers. Now the Company offers more than 400 product items premises including seven workshops cover the total area of 12,000 square meters.
The total Company`s machinery and equipment covers 274 items, including unique ones. 264 employees including 70 engineering and technical staff are involved in the manufacturing process.
For 19 years the Company has implemented over 1,000 successful projects.
The Company has scientific and technical potential both for mass production and to produce solutions for individual customers to meet their needs.
Non-standard equipment is developed and introduced for production under the guidance of the Kiev Engineering Center, which is within the Company structure. The Division is engaged in improving existing assemblies and products, developing engineering documentation to meet customer requirements, performing thermal, aerodynamic, hydraulic calculations and strength analysis, and consulting customers.
Boiler plant “ENERGETIK” LLC is equipped with the latest high-tech equipment of European manufacturers and can provide a high level of labour productivity and product quality Precision metal cutting by means of Vanad plasma cutting machine (Czech Republic). Longitudinal and circumferential welds of steam boiler drums and tank shells carried by ESAB two-sided automatic submerged arc welding machine (Sweden). This welding equipment makes it possible to weld boiler shells and drums up to 12,000 mm in length and up to 3,200 mm in diameter.
