Air heater
Tubular air heaters are designed to heat air supplied to the steam boiler furnace to a temperature of up to150-250°C by heat of flue gases exhausting from the boiler. The benefit arising from using air heater is rise in temperature in the combustion chamber and increasing heat transfer coefficient; reduction in warm-up and fuel ignition time; reduce in losses from chemical and mechanical incomplete combustion due to better burning fuel particles; reduction in heat losses with exhausting gases.
