New Welding Machine
This welding machine is used at MPVF ENERGETIK production facility to manufacture drums for E-1,0-0,9, 1,6-0,9-E, E-2,5-0,9 GDE, KE, DKVR series steam boilers, and also it is also used for welding shells of large diameter and wall thickness tanks, which are used in oil and gas industry (as storage), in the energy sector (DA, FIP, FOP series deaerators) and in other industrial sectors. The welding machine incorporates the following:1. Column for automatic welder T-31060; 2. Driving roller device (tandem of four sections) M-61061-1; 3. Welding head type AZ (ESAB) with LAF-1250 power source.A unique welding machine was put into operation at MPVF ENERGETIK production facility. Applying a two-sided automatic submerged arc welding process this machine makes longitudinal and circumferential weld joints on shells.
