A significant part of technological processes suggests the use of saturated steam. For example, it is used in light and food industries, in the manufacture of reinforced concrete structures, in mining complexes, at service enterprises (laundries, dry cleaners, etc.). At the same time, in each area of activity, special requirements are imposed on the characteristics of low-power steam boilers.

Depending on the place of use, the same model of boiler equipment can be both the most effective and almost useless. That is why it is so important to choose the right industrial unit, its productivity and type of fuel. Along with unconventional fuels, more and more enterprises are choosing traditional fuels such as gas / fuel oil. Important to mention that each type of boiler has its own advantages. For instance, gas units are economical to operate and easy to use (the operation of the boiler unit is automated, minimal operator intervention).

For one of the Ukrainian bakery plants, LLC “KZ Energetik” manufactured a gas steam boiler MZK-8AG (E) with a capacity of 400 kg/h of smooth regulation with an absolute pressure of 0.8 MPa in a complete set. The boiler block has small overall dimensions, which makes it possible to use this boiler in confined spaces, and also has a modern ergonomic design due to the use of the latest cladding materials.
