Implementation for the manufacture of the water boiler with heat efficiency 30 Gkal
LLC “KZ “ENERGETIK” within the framework of contract implementation for the manufacture of the Water boiler KW-GM-30-150 with heat efficiency 30 Gkal, for the needs of the district boiler house RK “Zdolbynivska 2”, city Kyiv, has began the work on installation of the boiler at the site of boiler house.
Water boiler KW-GM-30-150, produced by the LLC “KZ “ENERGETIK”, manufactured in gas- tight design in light thermal insulation, supplied in two separate blocks.
The main elements of water boiler KW-GM-30-150 are the furnace and convective blocks, and combustion chamber device. The combustion chamber device has horizontal layout, shielded by pipes with diameter of 60 × 3 mm, which enter the upper and lower collectors with diameter 219 × 10 mm, the cross-sectional configuration of the chamber resembles a railroad gauge profile.
Convective heating surface, located vertically, fully shielded gas duct, consists of U – shaped screens, as well as pipes with a diameter of 28 × 3 mm. The frame of water boiler KW-GM- 30-150 is missing. Each block (furnace and convective) has supports, welded to the lower collectors. The supports located at the junction of the convective and combustion blocks are motionless.
The water boiler KW-GM-30-150 is equipped with controls, automatic regulation, remote control and protection.
At the moment, it’s the third boiler, produced by the LLC “KZ “ENERGETIK” for the needs of boiler house RK “Zdolbynivska 2”: commissioned KW-11,63 Energetik, heat efficiency 10 Gkal, and KW-GM-30-150, heat efficiency 30 Gkal, expl. №4 is installed at the site of boiler house.
